Contour Still Life
Students are introduced, or re-introduced, to the beauty of one continuous line to create a composition. Students are encouraged to bring an object to contribute to their group’s still life. Several perspectives are sketched before beginning on the watercolor paper, which is then traced with a black sharpie. Liquid watercolors are used to create a beautiful, vibrant painting.
