A typical CMS field trip to the Village includes a guided tour through each of the four main buildings: country doctor’s office, country store, gold assayer’s office, and one room schoolhouse. The everyday aspects of family life in a small rural community are realized in buildings filled with artifacts from the era l880’s to l930.
