Students will have an opportunity to be inspired by the culture of jazz, see how a choreographer was influenced by the community who supported men like Martin Luther King Jr., and how contemporary music has pushed the boundaries of Ballet in the 21st

Space / technical requirements:

Stage, Gym or Multi-Purpose Room with wood, gym or smooth tile floor. Easy access to electricity and access to performance area 90 minutes before start of performance. We bring a dance floor and provide sound equipment for performances.

In English Language Arts Reading Literature (RL) we focus on the Craft and Structure ( RL6, RL7, RL8, RL9-10, RL11-12) and the Integration of Knowledge and Ideas (RL7, RL8 and RL9).
