Gymnasium or Cafetorium with stage,  1(One) Microphone and 1(One) Microphone Stand, 1 (One) Armless Chair for the Tuba Player, Proper Stage Lighting, and No interruptions during program (bells, announcements, etc.)

Assembly performances need to be held at the school that has booked Hot Horns.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Purchaser, If the Purchaser cancels this Agreement 1 week prior to the school show contracted performance date for whatever reason, the Musicians will be payed the agreed upon fee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Musicians, the Musicians must cancel this Agreement, the Musicians will make every effort to locate local substitute performers. If the Musicians are unable to provide substitute performers under terms acceptable to the Purchaser, the Musicians will not be paid the agreed upon fee.
