The Magic of Mask Theater and Exploring Communication and Cooperation with Masks

Program description

Older students focus on physical and vocal exercises to help understand how we communicate. Theater games and exercises are used to teach observation skills, communication skills and development of imagination and improvisation skills. Theater and masks are used as a tool to explore literature and character through interactive exercises. Younger students use physical theater games to discover the language of movement, ways we communicate without words, and silent ways to understand and cooperate with one another.
