Program description
(Guided Tour + Writing Activity + Performance)
Students will take a journey into the world of our exhibits and create a narrative for a piece of their choice. This workshop can also be expanded to include performances of the students’ written works.

Tour + Workshop experiences are available to be booked between 10:30am and 3:30pm
Visitors are required to arrange their own transportation to and from the Harvey B. Gantt Center. Our building is accessible for those in need of elevators, escalators, and wheelchair accessible entry.

Enhanced guided tours are available for $5 per student for groups of 25 students and up.
There is a cap of 45 students per session.
Larger groups (more than 45) please contact us to create a staggered experience for your organization.

Please note, if your group arrives more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled guided tour, they may have an abbreviated tour or experience the Center via a self-guided tour.
Pre-paid groups that cancel will be given an opportunity to reschedule their tour.
