The Mint Museum’s school programs engage students in inquiry-based experiences with art that strengthen curriculum connections and develop visual literacy skills.
School programs, which include guided tours, gallery sketching, and studio programs, take place at both The Mint Museum Uptown and

Coined in the South
Students will have the opportunity to visit the Mint Uptown special exhibition, Coined in the South, which introduces visitors to artists working in various media from around the Southeast.
During a one hour tour of the exhibition, students will engage in lively discussions and hands-on activities.

Schools are responsible for transportation to and from the museum.

Written cancellation for the program must be send to email@example.com and received no later than 10 days prior to the start date of the program. If the program is cancelled after the 10 day deadline, a cancellation fee of $50 will be required.
