References

“I have one student who could not read music at the beginning of the summer last year. She has continued on through the school year with me and is now self sufficient in her music reading skills. She is also able to play independently of my help and uses her critical thinking skills to understand the music on the page to play it herself. I can trust that she will always be able to catch up if she’s absent. She is also becoming a great student assistant in the classroom to help others who need it.”
