WE ARE: CHILDREN OF... Series
‘WE ARE: Children of…’ Series is a program designed to educate, enlighten, empower, activate curiosity and involve fourth to eighth grade students in a theatre arts experience as they concurrently learn and write about children in history. 3-day (one hour per class) residency for 2 classes $1050 sequentially * 3-day (one hour per class) residency for 3 classes $1575 sequentially
5-day (one hour per class) residency for 2 classes $1750 sequentially
The cost includes all teaching materials and travel. There is an additional travel fee of $25 per visit for schools outside the Charlotte City limit and $40 per visit for schools outside of Mecklenburg County.
The workshops do not include a performance component. The workshops are process-based.

SL4 Present information, findings, and supporting evidence such that listeners can follow the line of reasoning and the organization, development, and style are appropriate to task, purpose, and audience. W3 Write narratives to develop real or imagined experiences or events using effective techniques, well-chosen details, and well-structured event sequences.

Cancellations will be honored at least two weeks prior to the residency. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start date of the residency will not be accepted and the school or booking party will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
ACT reserves the right to postpone a class due to illness.
